Appointment times & locations
A new appointment schedule for 2025 is in development and will feature additional days and in-person sessions, complementing the online appointments available in the interim schedule below.
Tuesday: 9am to 1pm (online)
Wednesdays: 2pm to 5.45pm (online)
Fridays: 9am to 4.30pm (online)
In-person sessions will be offered in the Carlton, Fitzroy, Collingwood, or Abbotsford area once I secure a suitable studio.
Fees & rebates
Fees for self-funded clients and supervisees are offered on a sliding scale, based on your income level and consideration of your personal circumstances.

Medicare rebate: $141.85
Out-of-pocket cost: $169.15
Tier 1 represents the standard rate for a 50-minute consultation, as recommended by the Australian Psychological Society (APS), and is intended for people who are financially well-resourced.

For people on mid to high incomes, who are unable to afford Tier 1.

A further reduced rate for artists, full-time students, Health Care Card holders, people from (or working with) marginalised communities, and other clients who are unable to afford Tier 3.
Bulk billed sessions can also be arranged, if needed, for students enrolled in core degree at the University of Melbourne Faculty of Fine Arts and Music.
Medicare rebates
Medicare rebates are available on up to 10 sessions per calendar year when clinically indicated, for clients who are referred by their GP or psychiatrist under the Better Access initiative.
Overseas Student Health Cover
Similarly, international students referred with a GP Mental Health Treatment Plan can claim a rebate equivalent to the Medicare benefit amount on up to 10 sessions per calendar year through their Overseas Student Health Cover.
Late cancellation & non-attendance
A service fee (25% of the consultation fee) applies for non-attendance or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice.
Third party funders
Unless otherwise arranged, services covered by third party funders are generally charged in accordance with the APS National Schedule of Suggested Fees.
Terms of service
Payment of fees
Fees are payable by card and will be processed online at the end of your appointment. Services covered by third party funders will be billed directly to your funder.
Rebate processing
I can submit Medicare patient claims on your behalf; however, you’ll need to submit any overseas student/private health cover claims directly to your insurer.
Change of financial circumstances
Please let me know if your financial circumstances change, and we can adjust your fee tier accordingly—up or down.
Fee changes & adjustments
Fees are subject to change and are usually adjusted at the start of each financial year in line with the Consumer Price Index (CPI) and the Medicare Benefits Schedule.

To cancel an appointment, click the link provided in your appointment confirmation email, then re-book online when you're ready.
Please aim to provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel an appointment so that I can offer it to other clients.
A service fee (25% of the consultation fee) applies for non-attendance and appointments canceled with 0–24 hours' notice.

After booking an initial appointment, you'll receive an automated email confirming the details of your appointment.
The email will also contain a link to an online intake form. Please complete this form and email through any referral documents ahead of your appointment.

To commence a telehealth appointment, simply click the link provided in your appointment confirmation email.
I'll usually have my phone on hand around the start time of an appointment. Text or call me if you're running late or having any difficulties joining the telehealth call.

As a health professional, I’m required to keep a record of the services that I provide. This information will be held in confidence and not be disclosed without your consent except when:
It is subpoenaed by a court;
Failure to disclose the information would, in my reasonable belief, place you or another person at serious risk to life, health or safety;
Your approval has been obtained to:
provide a written report to another professional or agency; or
discuss the material with another person, such as your doctor or a rehabilitation provider; or
disclose the information in another way;
You would reasonably expect your personal information to be disclosed to another professional or agency and disclosure of your personal information to that third party is for a purpose which is directly related to the primary purpose for which your personal information was collected; or
Disclosure is otherwise required or authorised by law.
Note that psychologists are listed as ‘mandated reporters’, which means that I’m legally required to make a report to child protection agencies if I believe on reasonable grounds, based on information obtain during the course of (or because of) my work, that a child or young person has experienced, or is experiencing sexual abuse, or non-accidental physical injury.
