The Patient Portal is integrated into Daniel’s practice management software (Halaxy), and enables you to:

– View and manage your invoices.

– View your appointments.

– Sync your appointments with an external calendar.

– Change your appointment time zone settings.

– Update your contact details.

– Update your payment (debit / credit card) details.  

– Upload and share referral documents with Daniel. 

– View and download copies of GP letters etc. that Daniel has shared with you.

If you have already created a login, click on the button above to sign into the Patient Portal.

Note that appointments cannot be changed or cancelled through the Patient Portal. There is an option to book appointments directly through the Patient Portal but please don’t use this. Instead, if you are an existing client, click on the button below.
