Daniel entered the mental health profession in 2005 and established his clinical psychology private practice in 2008. He has been developing a sub-specialisation in somatic psychology since 2010. He treats most types of presenting issues, and also has substantial training and experience in the treatment of trauma. His client base has included veterans, police, and defence force personnel. In addition to private practice, Daniel has also worked in an adult mental health service, a university counselling service, and mental health community support services.
Daniel holds a professional doctorate in Clinical Psychology and is a Fellow of the Australian Psychological Society College of Clinical Psychologists. He is a certified practitioner of Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and is studying toward an additional certification in Somatic Movement Education.
